What are the possible payment methods?
Possible payment methods are: Credit cards or Stripe.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple pay.

How long is the delivery time?
We use partner courier services BRT, DHL and GLS for the delivery of orders.
Depending on the destination, deliveries are made to:
- 2-3 working days when it comes to delivery in Slovenia.
- 5-6 working days when it comes to delivery within the EU.
- 10-14 working days when it comes to delivery outside the EU.
The courier delivers parcels from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon, except during public holidays. The recipient cannot choose delivery times or days. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery on your address.
The delivery will be attempted twice: if the first delivery fails, the courier will try to contact you again, if the second delivery fails, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
OZS Fan Shop is not responsible for possible delivery errors by the courier service. The courier informs the buyer about the status of the shipment by e-mail. The customer notification service by e-mail is activated automatically if the e-mail address field is filled in correctly. In the case of delivery to receptions (with the receptionist's signature on acceptance), OZS Fan Shop is not responsible for the late delivery of the shipment to the final recipient. If the destination country is not among those listed, it means that delivery of products to this country is currently not possible, therefore the order request cannot be fulfilled.
Is it possible to change the order?

What is an order confirmation email?
After each correctly placed order, an e-mail with an order confirmation is automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received the confirmation, write to us at info@sportivoteam.com
What is our policy regarding customs duties and taxes?
If the shipment is addressed to a country that is not part of the European Union, it may be necessary to pay customs duties and any tax for the goods. All additional costs related to customs clearance are borne solely by the buyer. In case of rejection of the goods by the buyer or failure of delivery for other reasons (e.g. wrong address and/or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), the amount paid will be withheld to cover the following costs (to be charged to the buyer) Sending the goods + returning the goods + return duty. Customs duties and possible taxes vary depending on the country of destination and are charged when the goods arrive in the country. It is recommended to contact the competent customs offices of the country of destination for information regarding the amount of duties and possible taxes, as well as customs clearance procedures.
